I am Jessica Frances, a Personal Trainer based in Berlin.
I strive to help my clients combine fitness and balance into their daily routines and busy schedules. We are only given one body - I believe that living an active and balanced lifestyle is the best way to honour it. I understand the importance that both fitness and balance play on our mind, body and soul.

Elements of nutrition are tied into my training plans as nutrition plays a huge part in how we function and how we feel.
